2. Admission & Registration Fees
•Admission fees and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
•Submission of an admission form or payment does not guarantee admission.
3. Tuition Fees
•Tuition fees paid for a term, quarter, or academic session are non-refundable, even if a student withdraws or discontinues during the session.
•No refund will be issued for non-attendance or absence.

•Fees paid for transport services is non-refundable once the service has been provided.
•Transport fees will not be adjusted for partial usage.
5. Online Payment Errors
•In case of duplicate payment or technical errors during online transactions, a refund may be considered after verification.
•Parents/guardians must report such issues to the school office within 7 working days of the transaction.
•Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment.
6. Event / Activity Fees
•Fees paid for school events, excursions, workshops, or activities are non-refundable once arrangements have been made.
7. Processing Time
•Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 7–15 working days to process, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
8. Right to Amend
•The School reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
•Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
